The training course will offer a general overview of data management for plant phenotyping with a specific focus on FAIR principals at different levels from acquisition to exploration.
The goal of the course is to teach participants about Near Infrared (NIR), Mid-Infrared (MIR) and Raman technologies and how to perform basic multivariate analysis / Chemometrics.
The PHENET project is about to be kicked-off at the coordinating institution Institute Nationale de Recherche pour l'agriculture, l'alimentation et l'environment in Montpellier, France.
