Successfully finalised joint FAIR Data Management training course

PHENET has successfully finalised its joint FAIR Data Management training course (4 to 6 December 2024, Paris) together with the European Research Infrastructure EMPHASIS, and supported by the Research Unit Genomics-Info (URGI) at INRAE.

The course provided theoretical and practical knowledge of the management of plant phenotyping data in accordance with FAIR principles and use of plant phenotyping (meta)data standards. The more than 20 participants also received a standardised dataset in MIAPPE format and identified ways of improving the management of their data as part of the course, which has been funded by Phenome-Emphasis.fr and the Horizon Europe project EMPHASIS-GO.
